*Product Application:

Scratch Repair/Partial Repair/Full Vehicle Renovation/Full Vehicle Color Change/Customized Finished Paint.

*Base material:

The surface of the workpiece shall be derusted and degreased, and it shall be clean, dry and free of dirt. The dust shall be removed and leveled before the primer can be sprayed.

*Primer Coating:

Two-component mixing ratio: white primer: primer curing agent: thinner=4:1: appropriate
Single-component mixing ratio: white primer: thinner=1:0.8
Construction method: air spraying, spray gun aperture: 1.8~2.5mm, spray pressure: 3~4kg/cm2
Mixing time: the two-component paint shall be used up within 2 hours after adding the curing agent. After the ambient temperature is greater than 30 ℃, the mixing time shall be shortened.
Supporting coating: directly apply on the metal surface that has been surface treated.

*Topcoat Coating:

Two-component mixing ratio: fluorescent paint: finishing coat curing agent: thinner=4:1: appropriate
Single-component mixing ratio: stir evenly and spray directly.
Construction method: air spraying, spray gun aperture: 1.8~2.5mm, spray pressure: 3~4kg/cm2
Mixing time: the two-component paint shall be used up within 2 hours after adding the curing agent. After the ambient temperature is greater than 30 ℃, the mixing time shall be shortened.
Supporting coating: spray the finish coat 15 to 20 minutes after the primer is sprayed.

*Caution:

The construction temperature shall be more than 5 ℃, the construction humidity shall not be more than 85%, and the surface temperature of the substrate shall be more than 3 degrees higher than the dew point; Before construction, the air compressor and filter shall be dewatered to avoid pinholes in the paint film; The product must be fully mixed before use; The remaining curing agent after use shall be sealed in time to prevent moisture absorption and deterioration.

*Storage And Shelf Life:

2 years in its original sealed can at cool and dry place at 20℃.and keep storage seal well.
