*Product Usage:

Applicable to aircraft, vehicles, ships, petroleum machinery, engineering machinery, bridges, power supply equipment, high-voltage switchgear and other large-scale steel structures, to achieve high-performance decoration and protection.

*Matching Paint:

Primer: Epoxy primer, epoxy zinc phosphate primer.
Applicable substrates:steel, aluminum, non-metallic materials, etc.

*Surface Treatment:

The surface of the primer should be clean, dry and pollution-free. Please pay attention to the coating interval between the construction and the primer.

*Construction Condition:

The substrate temperature is not lower than 5 ℃, and at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point temperature, and the relative humidity is <85% (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate). Construction is strictly prohibited in fog, rain, snow, and windy weather.

Pre-coat the primer and intermediate paint, and dry the product after 24 hours. The spraying process is used to spray 1-2 times to achieve the specified film thickness, and the recommended thickness is 60 μm. After construction, the paint film should be smooth and flat, and the color should be consistent, and there should be no sagging, blistering, orange peel and other paint diseases.
