Step 1: Clean the surface: use car cleaner and sponge to wash the surface of the car, make sure the surface is clean and dust-free. Then wipe dry with a soft, clean cloth.

Step 2: Scratch and Scuff Treatment: Use a suitable sandpaper and abrasive tool to lightly sand scratches and scuffed areas until the surface is smooth. Be careful not to over-sand, which can damage the car’s finish.

Step 3: To prepare the car paint: Stir and mix the proper amount of Forest car paint according to the car paint directions. Make sure to use paint that matches the color of the car.

Step 4: Applying the paint: Using a brush, sprayer, or other car paint restoration tool, apply car paint evenly over scratched and scuffed areas. Make sure the coat is not too thick and try to blend the paint with the color of the surrounding surface.

Step 5: Drying and Polishing: Follow the Forest car paint directions and wait for the coat to dry completely. Then use fine sandpaper or fine sand to lightly sand the painted surface so that the repaired area joins the surrounding surface smoothly.

Finally, apply car wax to the entire body surface to protect and increase the car’s shine.

Precautions:

1) Make sure the car’s surface is clean and dust-free before you go into restoration so you don’t sandpaper or introduce more scratches during the restoration.

2) Follow your car paint instructions for mixing and formulating to ensure you get a paint that matches the color of your car.

3) Sand lightly so as not to damage the surface of the car. Use the correct grit of sandpaper, depending on the depth and severity of the scratch.

4) When applying car paint, make sure the coat is even and not too thick. Too thick a coat may result in uneven color and insufficient drying. Make sure the car paint is completely

dry before polishing. This helps avoid damaging the surface of the repaired area.
